Film Lighting Australia supplies production-tested lighting equipment as part of a gaffer-led lighting department.

Our inventory is designed to support fast-moving content shoots, commercial productions, and long-form work — delivered via vans and trucks with full on-set infrastructure.

Equipment is selected per job and scaled to suit schedule, locations, crew size and creative intent.

Grip, Textiles & Light Control

All vans and trucks carry a complete on-set grip package, including:
  • C-stands, combo stands and specialty stands
  • Diffusion frames (4x4 up to 20x20)
  • Silks, ultrabounce, sails, muslin and greenscreen
  • Floppies, cutters, nets and flags
  • Bounce boards (white / silver)
  • Rigging hardware and safety equipment

Power & Distribution

Vans, Trucks & On-Set Infrastructure

Lighting is delivered via small vans, large vans and trucks, each supplied with:
  • A gaffer or lighting technician
  • Core lighting package
  • Full on-set infrastructure (stands, frames, power, rigging)
  • Scalable add-ons as required
Vans and trucks are configured per job rather than fixed bundles.

Add-On Equipment

Additional equipment can be added as required, including:
  • Larger SkyPanels and Vortex units
  • Additional HMIs and specialty fixtures
  • Generators and power upgrades
  • Expanded grip and rigging packages

Important Notes

  • Equipment is supplied as part of a lighting department, not dry hire
  • Inventory is current, maintained and production-tested
  • Final equipment selections are confirmed during quoting based on scope, locations and schedule
